The Organization for Women Empowerment (OWE) is a dedicated non-profit and development organization officially registered with the NGOs Department of the Ministry of Economy, within the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Our license number, 3259, signifies our commitment to making a positive impact on society. At OWE, our primary objective is to uplift impoverished communities, with a particular focus on empowering women, youth, and children. We firmly believe that by raising awareness, building capacity, providing education and vocational skill training, and creating opportunities, we can help these marginalized groups achieve social, economic, and political empowerment.
