We are excited to announce the successful completion of a 2-week training program on Communication and Coordination for the staff of OWE. The training, supported by UN-Women - WPHF, took place from September 16 to September 25, 2023, with participants joining both virtually and in person. The training program focused on strengthening communication and coordination skills within the organization. Participants engaged in interactive sessions, facilitated by experts, covering vital topics such as effective communication strategies, collaborative coordination techniques, leveraging technology, crisis management, and conflict resolution. They are now equipped with enhanced techniques to communicate ideas clearly, engage stakeholders effectively, and streamline organizational processes enabling us to enhance our internal collaboration and external outreach efforts.
