We are delighted to announce the successful completion of a 1-week training program on Gender Mainstreaming and Advocacy for the staff of OWE. The training, which took place from November 20 to November 22, 2023, was made possible through the generous support of UN-Women - WPHF.

During the training, our dedicated team of staff members participated both virtually and physically, gaining valuable knowledge and skills in promoting gender equality and advocating for women's empowerment. Through interactive sessions, expert-led discussions, and practical exercises, we explored various approaches to gender mainstreaming and learned effective advocacy strategies to create positive change.

This training not only expanded our understanding of gender issues but also equipped us with the tools and techniques to integrate gender perspectives into our work effectively. We are committed to applying this newfound knowledge to our programs and initiatives, ensuring that gender equality remains at the forefront of our efforts.
