Board of Director

The Board of Director of OWE plays a crucial role in shaping the organization’s strategy and ensuring its mission is achieved. The board comprises five members, led by Amanullah Aman as Chairman. Mrs. Nasrin Shinwari, the Executive Director, is also a board member. Salma Rizwan, Rahila Enayat, and Ezatullah Hotak complete the board. The board is responsible for setting strategic goals, overseeing financial management, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and monitoring the organization’s impact. They work closely with the executive leadership team and provide guidance and support. The board members bring diverse skills, experience, and perspectives to OWE, ensuring the organization remains innovative and effective in empowering women and transforming communities in Afghanistan.
